I bought a 16.5 inch Evoo laptop exactly 2months later it crashed and when rebooted I got the stop code :critical process died . ever since then the laptop will only boot up in the Aptio setup utility which is the 2020 version 2.20.1271.Every tutorial Ive seen, ever thread Ive read through does not help. the steps taken cannot be followed on my end because my version is different there isnt one out there that Ive seen that is helpful in anyway. Also ive pressed every F# i was told upon start up to get to the troubleshoot menu but to no avail it wont pop up all i get it the aptio utility
