Stuck in a Virtual Environment with Malware in it

Please write a post about my issue on my Dell latitude 7480 running on Windows 10 Pro. I have been using it for a while and i remember installing Visual Studio and adding an Azure extension. However, since then i have seen unusual activities on my deviceS (my dell laptop + Macbook and iphone 14) i have seen windows files start to appear in my iphone files app and macos configuration on my windows, i even found setting changes on my iphone that use keyboard keys to set shortcuts.
