stuck in a loop after/during factory reset

My computer (win 10) is stuck in a loop Starts like thisThen after you press NEXT it gives this message Then I choose a Wi-Fi and thenAnd then-Back here, sometimes is says "hi, downloading critical files" and then go back to the "origin screen" after a 5 minute loadAnd it's a loop
