Stuck in a family group

Hi, I have a problem with microsoft family safety. Long story short, in the past maybe around 2018-2019, my parents made a microsoft family safety group to keep an eye on me, and it... didn't go as planned, and it's not used anymore. Now my parents forgot “which account is used in the microsoft family group” and of course forgot the password, and every time I want to buy products from microsoft or buy products with a microsoft account I need permission from the family group, that's the problem.
