Not sure how to resolve this and talking with MS didn’t help either. Hopefully, someone here can assist. The PC is less than a couple of years old and was hardly used up until recently. Here’s what happened:Set my computer to sleep but it must’ve stayed on and ran out of battery power. Turned it on this morning and got the sad face “Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart” blue screen.
