I even tried almost every steps on the internet like sfc, chkdsk and offline defender scan and many more and even tried resetting windows and did factory reset using asus recovery tool and still this issues persist and i am having this issue for almost a year and i really don't know whether it is caused by software or a hardware. And also i game sometimes and there is no such issues while gaming or doing some stuffs. Even i have saved a memory dump file.
