Struggling with error 0xc0000034

I’ve seen every reddit post/youtube tutorial out there and Tried just about all the advice I can to fix my PC. It was running fine the other day until i turned it on and suddenly got the error. I’ve tried using a usb to reinstall windows and using all the WINRE stuff to fix the issue hasn’t helped. Nothing works. I’m willing to do just about anything including a hard reset but I cant even figure out how to do that. No measure too far as long as it fixes the computer. I have an ASUS motherboard and was running windows 10 if thats helpful at all.
