Streaming Audio distortion on windows 11

I have a new HP pavilion desktop with windows 11.I use an RME Hammerfall AIO PCIe soundcard.When streaming audio (youtube or other video service or spotify) the sound is fine, but after 5-15 minutes heavy distortion starts. It continues indefintely until I restart computer. (It stops if i pause the stream, continues when playing again)The only thing I´ve found that stops it is performing a quick scan with Microsoft defender. The heavy distortion stops the second I start the scan. After scan complete sound is ok for 5-15min. again.The problem does not occur when playing files (Wav or mp3) from
