Strange problem: Some websites giving blank page on only 1 computer

Hi,i have a strange problem. On one particular computer certain sites (not all websites, but several online shops that i can access via ubuntu on a different laptop) just show blank white. doesn't give an error, and the URL gets forwarded to the login URL as if it's working properly, but nothing shows up. happens on Edge & Chrome & Firefox browsers. happens in regular window and incognito window. i've cleared cache and cookies specific to those sites. Doesn't happen on other computers on the same WLAN, so it's not network firewall / DNS related (at least i don't think so). its able to
