Strange freeze screen for few seconds when minisized a full screen program

[Windows 11]

When i turn full screen mode in a random app or game, sometimes i leave there and alt + tab to other apps like browsers to watch or do something else, and for a while, my screen froze (?) and i tried to move like scroll down and up, and pretty strange that 100% i got a square still move and react and another part freeze for few second, i tried alt + tab to other apps and it's gone.Kinda strange and not usually but but annoy.Can yall fix this?
