Strange device name when setting up VPN on windows 11

Hi,I just tried to set up VPN server, however, something strange happened.Basically the name instead of "Incoming connection" was :Incoming ConnectionsOLocal Area ConnectionNetwork Configuration UpdateaYour network configuration was updated on behalf of the network device you recently installed. You must shut down and restart your computer before the new settings will take effect.
