Strange characters in Outlook

Dear Office365 Experts;

While a user sends mail in Outlook, strange characters does appear in subject and mail, but not always. There is no problem in Webmail. We uninstalled Office and installed it, even though we did antivirus scans, the problem continues. Has anyone experienced this problem before ? What else can we do ?
