Hi, I'm developing an app related to shortcuts and found out this strange bug from some users as I investigated further and found out that UK keyboard can type accents by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Shift or Ctrl + Alt followed by any vowel (ÁÉÍÓÚ, áéíóú) but I cannot find any document explaining about it anywhere. Somehow, for some UK keyboard users, when you pressed all buttons ie. Ctrl + Alt + Shift + O, it only found Shift + O or Ctrl + Alt + O and it only found O which I have no clue what is the cause and it's blocking shortcuts.It happens on win10 + win11, not sure about previous versionsHere
