Store and Xbox app not opening, cant run apps as admin except via task manager.

I am on windows 10 pro. version 10.0.19045 Build 19045Microsoft store and xbox store app open for a split second then close. Have tried reinstalling, repairing, manually enabling the services, repairing the services, no dice.I am also having trouble accessing some one drive files from my pc, but not my phone.Simultaneously, i am unable to run apps (cmd, services) as admin except via task manager(run new task, create with admin priv).This seemed to me like a harddrive corruption problem maybe but dskchecks all cameup fine.
