I subscribe to mirosoft 365 family which is supposed to provide 1 tera byte of storage. I received a message that my storage is full, however I am only receving 5 gigabytes of storage and not the 1 tera byte of storage, so now I cannot send or receive emails. Microsoft is asking me to purchase additional storage at the same price as I just paid for the 365 family. I have tried to contact mircosoft but the online help does not address my problem and there does not seem to be a way to actually speak to a real live person to resolve this issue. Any ideas???
