Storage Issue

I have 2 drives an SSD (C) and an HDD (D). Windows is installed on (C), and everything else, like games, photos, etc. are on (D). I can't upload any photos here for some reason, but (C) is 350gb free/893gb; and (D) is 185GB free/2TB (red bar instead of blue). Whenever I try to run a game, like Grand Theft Auto, on Steam, it says I don't have enough storage. This is not an isolated issue, and other games also don't open, or load due to an error along the lines of not enough storage/space.
