Stopping Windows 11 Install & Updates

I went back to Windows 10 within 10 day time limit after accidentally installing Windows 11. I keep getting Windows 11 install and updates even though I don't have it now. How do I permanently stop this? I've temporarily used "pause". I don't want Windows 11 at this time!
