STOPCODE WATCHDOG VIOLATION/ blue screen of death

i opened my laptop after a few days not using it and it was slow and keep showing the bsod with the watchdog violation code there. i searched google but i cant find anything that i can use (i think its because of the driver but idk what driver). help thankyou. i tried restarting from the blue screen of death option but i just make my laptop froze.
