Stopcode: Irql not less or equal

Hello. I have been struggling with this error on my laptop, and have even done a factory reset to resolve the issue. I have also ran MemTest86, and ran Windows tools to scan and repair system files and checking the disk drive for errors. I have updated Windows and have no external devices connected and the power source is working fully. I will include a line to the Minidump files also.
