Stop windows from turning off touchpad when pressing key without increasing sensitivity

1. I want my touchpad to be less sensitive to accidental touch so i do not want to decrease touchpad sensitivity from Medim.2. I do not want pressing keys to turn off the touchpad. How can I solve this? No, there is no palmcheck option in touchpad settings.
