Hello.
I've got elderly parents who are not up on tech. I updated and cleaned their computer and they are running the latest Windows 10. I have told them all about scam calls, emails and messages and keep my fingers crossed they don't fool for them, but they keep contacting me (which is fine) about the Microsoft messaging app keeps pooping up saying "you have a text message". They check their "non smartphone" and see they don't and they call me thinking the computer is trying to scam them.
How can I stop these messages? The message saying you have a text (when they don't) is exactly something that I warn them about!
Please can Microsoft either change the wording if the pop up can't be stopped or tell me how!!
