Stop microsoft from Installing teams and outlook

Every time I uninstall teams (Personal) and Outlook (New) Microsoft installs it again.This is making all our users very angry. They fire up teams, and of course it doesn't work unless they use the correct one. Same to be said for Outlook (New)Users open outlook and get very confused and pissed off (Understandably so) I have been asking this question for some time, but have not received any answers that work.Any suggestions ?
