Stop email spam and phishing Outlook Office 365

I am getting a ton of phishing emails on .msn email account. I use Outlook with Office 365. My junk email setting level is on High, and I have "Warn me about suspicious domain names.... " box checked. I have yet to see a warning even though almost all spam is from obviously questionable domains.You guys are supposed to be good at cybersecurity, If I get an email from a domain that has 50+ mixed alphanumeric characters (with upper and lower case), and the email name is 50+ alphanumeric characters, and it's asking me to pay my amazon.com bill, could you just go ahead and put it in junk?
