Stop code when pairing my bluetooh earphones

So, I've been having an issue when pairing my bluetooth earphones. Yesterday, when it first happened, I started when computer and proceded to begin the pairing. My device was found and, as soon as I pressed to connect it, windows had a stop code (blue screen). In order to use my computer, I had to restore to the the last point saved (not sure how it's called). Today it happened again. Can anyone help me to understand whats happening and fix it. Prease just leave a guide and I'll fill this post with the required information
