STOP CODE: NTFS FILE SYSTEM

Hello, My laptop crashed yesterday and has been stuck in a loop of restarting after showing the blue screen with "your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart, we'll restart it for you" and stop code: NTFS FILE SYSTEM I have tried sending it into the recovery mode by turning on and off 3 times however it just keeps turning off, restarting and so on... How can I get it to stop or fix it?
