Stop Code: Memory management

[Windows 10]

I was browsing the web when suddenly my computer BSOD and I got that stop code. My computer kept BSODing so I took it to a shop and the repairman simply cleaned my RAM and told me it would stop. But it's back.MEMORY.rar this is my memory dumpEDIT: memtest86 detected multiple errors. Am I to assume that my RAM is faulty?
