Stop Code: IO1 Instialization Failed

Hello,So recently I've been having a problem with my computer where it keeps crashing and displays the error code of IO1 Initialization Failed. I have the same situation with this Microsoft issue post Redirecting but when I tried to do the command prompt solution it doesn't work. On the bootrec /fixBoot part of the solution, it says access denied. I am also able to access the BIOS if that helps.Thank you.
