So i recorded a video about the process of the bluetooth crashing to the blue screen error message. But i cannot upload here (also tried to convert the video into a link) so i will explain here. I have also done all the troubleshooting steps, reinstalled drivers and updated my pc. 1. Bluetooth drivers crashes2. Cannot click on bluetooth to turn off/on, i can also not remove the device or other devices and it says "drivererror".3. I open device manager and i see error on bluetooth device and other things.4.
