stop code: BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO

Excuse me, can someone help me? I'm getting a blue screen with the code: BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO.And I have done all the ways but still failed, I have contacted Microsoft and Microsoft suggested to do a windows installation. A Can installing windows fix everything? I doubt it because all the ways can't, even I can't reset this pc, everything fails. Is the damage in the hardware?If all else fails? Except for windows installation, because I haven't tried that yet.
