Stop 24h2 to install while it's already downloaded

[Windows 11]

Apparently,24h2 is now mandatory, it's already downloaded now, i'm in the step when i have to restart the pc to finish the installation. My question is, is it safe to hide the update with wushowhide while it's already downloaded ? In the step where i am, do i have to restart and finish the installation to avoid issues ? For know i just stopped windows update
