Still have no solution for Windows 11 mail app will not show window to delete Yahoo account

I have a "stuck" mail app. It show 2 identical Yahoo mail account. Neither will collect mail. Neither can I delete. The account box will not show to delete account.I have repaired the APP I have deleted and reinstalled this app. But, nothing works even when I reinstalled it the Yahoo account was somehow still there.I was going to enroll in office, but I am holding off because I worry I will pay and the mail app in Office will also be broken'This is not the first time I have asked for help with this. So far there is NO solution.
