Sticky notes crush when using toggle bullets

I have Windows 11 build 24h2, when I open the sticky notes application it works fine, as soon as I change the language to Hebrew and click on toggle bullets the application immediately crashes, it only happens when I'm on Hebrew and only with the toggle bullets mode, when I'm on English language everything is fine. I will add and note that I also tried to use another alternative with * follow by space.
