Steps to clean my hard drive on a Windows 11 Pro Dell laptop?

Any tips on cleaning my 1 TB hard drive prior to a reinstall of Windows 11 Pro from a USB flash drive.This is necessary since I cannot recover admin rights. Even after 3 sessions yesterday via Microsoft Chat. Even a Level 2 tech I chatted with for over an hour.You'd be surprised how limited your options are without admin rights, Or maybe you wouldn't (smile).My main concern of course is missing drivers AND of course will I then be able to finally (after a week of intense troubleshooting by me -- a retired software engineer) be able to create a user account with admin rights.Thanks in advance
