steamwebhelper is causing Nvidia Driver to crash when putting PC to Sleep.

It seems like after updating the Windows from 23H2 to 24H2, I have run into a weird problem.Whenever I Put my PC to sleep mode, it just turns off the monitor and keyboard/mouse inputs and then keeps running until its forcefully shut down. I've analyzed the minidump file, and initially, I thought it was due to the Nvidia Driver, but it seems like the problem is triggered due to the steamwebhelper process.However, I am not sure of the root problem of this.
