Steam unable to launch properly, Windows 11 Home

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D64GB RamMSI Mag X570s Tomahawk Max WifiMSI GeForce RTX 3060 VENTUS 2XWindows 11 Home x64 24H2, OS build 26100.2161Recently on my Win11 desktop, Steam launches then 'Checks for available updates', then ... nothing. It doesn't show up. In other words, the Steam app launches from a shortcut, starts a process in Task Manager but does not launch a GUI to use, and is not showing up in the taskbar.Steam.exe exists under "Task Manager --> Processes" but I can't open apps or games.
