STATUS_STACK_BUFFER_OVERRUN pops up every time I try to go to settings or am just browsing on GOOGLE CHROME.

Google Chrome is the only browser I use. I tried to see if it was affecting my other accounts and it does. The problem began a few hours after I connected to my friend's university wifi with his login. Nothing happened to my other friend who used the same login though. Every time I would try to submit a post for class or go to settings, an Aw, Snap! page pops up with STATUS_STACK_BUFFER_OVERRUN. I am currently using windows 10 and have already uninstalled and reinstalled chrome. I also restarted my laptop multiple times and deleted any extensions with no change. However, I do not get the error
