Status "All folders are up to date" Missing

I recently migrated a couple of users to new computers and I notice that their status bar does not show the user's folder status. I normally see the status change as the folders are updated but not for these users. We are using O365 and I see they are connected to the Microsoft Exchange server. Any ideas on how to make the sync status appear on their new computer?

Other than this, everything looks fine. I have googled multiple sites but still have not found an answer.
