Static Sound Due to GPU Interference

I've recently purchased a HP Envy with 780M Graphics and I've been getting a constant static background whenever I use my headphones. It usually stops if I'm not running any sounds or more specifically if I close any major running apps. It's a common issue, however I have not seen much mentions about it being caused by GPU interference. I've tried reinstalling the Realtek drivers, updating AMD drivers, updating Windows 11 and also changing the Power PCI's settings and the headphone's configurations, such as the bit rate (which in my case is not possible) or the hardware acceleration.
