Static Driver Verifier fails with: Unrecoverable error in InterceptedBuild stage

Hi

The VS2019 static driver verifier fails to build our WDM volume filter driver. Normal driver build from Visual Studio 2019 is working fine. We are using WDK 10. This build is for Microsoft driver certification using HLK.

After we run the following command:

msbuild /p:Configuration=Win8_Release /platform=x64 /t:sdv /p:inputs="/check /debug"

Got the following errors in smvbuild.log:

Checked the files in the link command, they all exist. Does anyone have idea how to fix the above SDV InterceptedBuild error or faced any similar issue.
