Startup Win 11 with the preferred user account

My husband gave me his older ThinkPad with Windows 11 installed after my ThinkPad broke down. I have been using his, signed in to his Microsoft account. I recently tried switching to my MS account so I could save files to my Onedrive instead of his, but in doing that, I see I have to set the PC up again to access my own files (not just from Onedrive, but from somewhere else). This was so confusing to me that I gave up and decided to keep using his account. I wish I could get help with this seemingly intricate process, too.But in the meantime, I set the PC up so either of us can log in, but now
