I tried to turn on my laptop, said it couldn't start so I ran the Windows Repair to find and repair cause. Came back with Startup Repair cannot repair this computer. Problem signature: Event Name: StartupRepairOffline Signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385 Signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385 Signature 03: unknown Signature 04: 21201020 Signature 05: AutoFailover Signature 06: 3 Signature 07: NoRootCause OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033Can someone please help me out with this issue?I am the administrator on laptop but I don't remember my information.I did preform the hard reset with no luck.
