Start Menu, Search Bar, WhatsApp, and Settings Not Opening After Windows Update

Since updating Windows yesterday, I have encountered the following issues:The Start Menu does not open when I click on it.The Windows search bar is unresponsive. I cannot open the Settings app, even using keyboard shortcuts (Windows + I).Certain applications, such as WhatsApp, won't open, but others like Google Chrome work fine.I have already tried restarting my system, but the issue persists. Could this be related to the recent Windows update? How can I fix these problems without access to Settings?
