Start menu layout

Hello,Each version of Windows lowers the ease of use of the start menu.Features are added, obviously, but there are some bloat added on the other side.I just recently moved on w11 (on my office laptop), and I am baffled at the Start/Stop location.I remember the times on w98 to just hit few keystrokes to enter this submenu and shutdown the computer.XP had to make the user move their cursor in the middle of screen.w10 had this weird layout with the bar "opening" when hovering more than one second on it.And now, w11 moved the Start/Stop button on the right on the start menu ...Start menu that has
