Start Menu is Glitchy Part 2

I did create a part 2 but it got no replies... Anyway im getting double layered screen still where i press tab in chrome or something and some of the previous screen still shows on the new screen so idk, then i cant type in start menu all it does is select apps then also my drives are still showing duplicates pls help!!!
