Start menu is black, or loading

When I try searching for anything in start menu(search) it goes black or sometimes it looks like it's loading (on the top it's a loading animation (similar to a browser loading a site)). I have tried redownloading the graphics drivers, tried restarting the search process and restarting my laptop, but the issue still persists. Most of the time i cannot open any apps or files this way as it doesn't load, or is just black. Thanks for any helpI am using Windows 11, version 23H2
