Start menu doesn't work after a failed Windows 11 update.

My start menu and my search window no longer work after a failed Windows 11 update. The update that failed to install was 'Windows 11 Version 23H2 (KB5043145)". This update has failed to install a few times over the last few weeks so I've been putting it off. I tried again last night but after the update failed again and Windows reverted it again, my Start menu no longer works.When ever I try to enter the start menu or the search bar, I'm met with:Critical ErrorYour Start menu isn't working.
