Start menu button slow

As the title suggests. The windows start button is very slow, about 5s before the start menu displays.When it is fast it is instantaneous.It seem to happen after shifting focus between different programs, which I pretty much always do.Booting up in safe mode seems to be working fine.It happened to me a few days ago I don't think I installed any programs.I did do some windows update but I can't see any history since that feature is sort of broken.I am using.Edition: Windows 10 ProVersion: 22H2System Type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
