Start menu and copy history not working

Hi,The Windows start menu no longer appears when I press the Windows key (or the symbol in the taskbar).In addition, the copy history no longer works either.I've tried restarting several times and running Windows updates, without success.I also ran the following commands:sfc /scannow -> A corrupted file was found and repaired, but after rebooting the problems persisted.DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth returned: “The operation completed successfully.”But after restarting the computer, the problems persist.
