Start menu and Configuration page will not open

[Windows 10]

Hi, I'm using Windows Versión 10.0.26100.2605. The task bar or any Windows menus are not working, I cannot open the configuration page. When I right click on start menu, and then configuration I recieve this message: This file does not have an associated application to perfom this action.I have checked C:\Users\[your user account name]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WinX but all 3 folders seem correct.When I run the command SFC /SCANNOW it find some error: Windows Resource Protection found corrupted files, but some could not be repaired.I don´t understand the CBS.log and I don´t know how to u
