In ExplorerPatcher (Valinet), the creation of shortcuts on the "Start" desktop (Win11) stopped working after the KB5046732 update. After uninstalling KB5046732, shortcut creation works again. This situation is unusable for the future (24H2). How can this problem be resolved?
